Remodel Without Disappointment or Ongoing Headaches

Your remodel doesn’t need to inconvenience you more than absolutely necessary.

Remodeling is hard enough without having to face the disappointment of processes taking too long or complications ruining your project. There are some important things to look for when deciding what company will take you from beginning to end, what company will carry you with determination to your best satisfaction.

  • Make sure the scope is clearly laid out. You should have elevations of your project. You should know all the materials that will be used.

  • Make sure you know what’s included and what isn’t. There are many pieces that go into remodels and you want to make sure something isn’t going to be overlooked or handled in a cheaper way than you hoped. Check that the project dominoes so you both understand and can live with the process.

  • There should be a clear timetable for everything that will be done. This is particularly true when bathrooms or kitchens are involved. At ARHTX, we make sure that demo is one day and installation the next. There’s no need to prolong that timing. Sometimes we can demo and install on the same day.

  • How are materials being disposed of? Who’s taking care of the garbage generated in a remodel.? A reputable professional will manage this for you.

  • When you go through your final punch list, make sure you mention everything that bugs you. This will be your last call and you need to have all your issues addressed or understand why something is the way it is.

A remodel doesn’t need to be expensive to be done right. At ARHTX the comfort of our clients is part of the quality that we include in everything we build. Done right and done well go hand in hand. Nonobtrusive, experienced in managing homeowner timelines, attention to every detail, and keeping your environment clean and healthy while you’re having your dream remodel completed is at the heart of the ARHTX commitment.
