Customer Success is the Real Finish

The key to customer satisfaction in any construction project, whether residential or commercial, lies in proactive support. This means direct lines of communication that relay the progress already made and anticipate issues that might come up.

ARHTX uses weekly submittals, reports and pictures, to provide information about materials used and fabrication completed. Construction is always a dominoed process where each next step depends on the success of the part of the project that has been completed so you can come in and do your job.

For cabinetry and millwork projects, that often depends on the blocking and studs that have been put in pre-drywall. We always try to look at where our cabinets and millwork need to be installed before the sheetrock covers the supporting structure that we’re going to need to attach to. This way we can proactively make sure that we have adequate and strong bracing for the cabinets or millwork aspects.

Timing towards completion can be impacted as various issues present themselves such as materials availability or labor inconveniences. All the basic mechanicals need to be in place before the cabinets are installed. This includes flooring, electrical, plumbing, framing, and HVAC. Blocking, drywall and paint also need to be completed for the proper and timely installation of cabinets.
